Today I’m on Myfitnesspal.com and showing you how to create a your own menu plan that you can refer to – in order to keep on track with your calorie and protein goals very easily!
I’ve been using MFP since February last year. I‘ve been working with a online trainer and mentor Mitch Heaslip – who’s kept me on track with exercise and keeping an eye on my daily goals at MFP.
I think you will lose weight very easily with some discipline.
