Ok Pizza is one of my all time favorites. Making bread is alot of fun too, for me its therapeutical and relaxing.
This pizza dough recipe is just like bread dough except I add some olive oil to the dough and the top of pizza after rolling it out.
You can make these any shape you want, but they freeze well so I suggest making them small for both your freezer or if you have grill try to make them a 8×10 rectangular size as I am doing here.
I also used pizza brick for a good crust and a pizza peel to get the loaves easily into the oven. As soon as it warms up outside, I’ll be showing you how to do pizza on the BBQ so please subscribe!
Note: if your going to reheat these with pizza sauce later, then only cook for 5-6 minutes. Then either freeze up to 2-3 weeks if wrapped well or refrigerate if your making pizza toppings for same day.
