My Fitness Pro is a really cool app that allow you to keep tabs on what you are eating throughout the day. It’s really easy to load recipes here into your MFP. This is just a quick intro to MFP but I’ll be back with more how to videos on how to log your food in … and more….
Note: this is sort of a worst case scenario as far as correcting a recipe item that may be miss-matched. For most recipes, they will just import without any issues.
