Simple 3 minute One Egg Omelette with Extra Egg Whites.
This is one of my most used recipes. You can have it plain (this is what I normally do) – you can add avocado, cheese etc. But I prefer to keep it simple and “lightweight”. Keeps you full as well all morning even without the extras.
